Independent Service

• V系 Dreamer (Visual Kei Dreamer) operates independently and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any bands, artists, management agencies, or event organizers.

• This company does not act on behalf of any artist or organization.

• We do not represent the artists or their management and provide our services privately on our own behalf.

 

Eligibility / Age Requirement

• Customers must be at least 18 years of age, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use the shopping service or submit a shopping request.

 

Service Terms

• This service acts as a purchasing service on behalf of the customer. 

• While we will make every effort to obtain requested items, we cannot guarantee that all requested merchandise will be available.

• Merchandise purchase conditions may change at the event without prior notice.

• The number of shopping service requests accepted per event may be limited based on time and purchasing restrictions.

Right to Refuse Service

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at our discretion if a request cannot be fulfilled, violates event purchasing restrictions, or if customer behavior is deemed inappropriate or abusive.

• Band names, images, and related information displayed on this website are used for informational purposes only to identify the artists and events associated with the merchandise being purchased.

• All trademarks, names, and images remain the property of their respective owners.

 

Merchandise Responsibility

• We are not the manufacturer or distributor of the merchandise and are not responsible for product defects, quality issues, or manufacturing errors.

Not an Official Retailer

• This service is not an official merchandise retailer for any band, artist, or event.

​

Authenticity of Merchandise

• All merchandise offered through our service or at our booth consists of official items purchased directly from live events or authorized retailers. We are an independent purchasing service and reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially representing the bands, labels, or management companies unless otherwise stated.

 

Service Fees

• Event Service Fee: $10 CAD per event (non-refundable)

• Item Handling Fee: $3 CAD per item successfully obtained.

• Additional Fee: Orders exceeding $100 CAD in merchandise value will incur an additional $10 CAD fee for every $100 CAD increment

Merchandise Availability

• Submitting a request does not guarantee that requested items will be obtained, as merchandise availability may be limited or items may sell out at any time, including on the day of the event.

• Some merchandise may have purchase limits, advance reservation requirements, or restrictions set by the band or event organizers.​

• Certain items may be distributed randomly. Member, design, type, or color selection may not be available.

Orders limits

• ​Shopping requests are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and may be limited up to 5 orders per event or a maximum total merchandise value per event, depending on logistics, item size, and carrying limitations. We reserve the right to limit or decline additional requests once capacity for an event has been reached.

Orders & Payments

• Merchandise prices are determined by the band, their management, or event organizers and may change without notice. Prices may also vary due to exchange rate fluctuations. Final pricing will be confirmed before an invoice is issued.

  Payment must be completed by the specified deadline. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel the order or make the items available for sale to other customers.

Condition of Merchandise

• Merchandise is purchased at events where packaging conditions may vary. Minor packaging damage, manufacturing imperfections, or cosmetic flaws may occur and will not be considered grounds for refunds or exchanges.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

• All purchases are final. Cancellations or refunds will not be issued once an order has been processed, items have been purchased, or the event has concluded.

• If an item becomes sold out or unavailable after payment has been made, a refund will be issued for the unavailable item.

 

Pickup & Shipping

• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the invoice where applicable.

• Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a shipment is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

• If convention pickup is selected, items must be collected before the end of the selected convention.

• Items not picked up by the end of the selected convention may be arranged for shipping. If the customer declines shipping, does not provide a delivery address, or fails to respond within the specified timeframe, the items will be considered abandoned and will be made available for sale without refund.

• Once items have been shipped, we are not responsible for shipping delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.

Communication

• ​Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and monitoring their email for updates regarding their order.

 

Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, event changes, or circumstances outside of our control that may affect merchandise availability or purchase conditions.
